MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY PLAYING RIGHTS

Category Transfers
If you wish to change your membership category you must submit a Category Transfer Form either online or by downloading the form and forwarding to membership@lakelandscc.com.au.

SEVEN DAY
Seven Day members have full privileges of the Clubhouse, practice facilities and on course playing every day. It must be noted that Thursday morning is the Ladies Competition Day with Tees closed between approximately 8.17am – 9.48am. 
SIX DAY
Six Day members have full privileges of the Clubhouse and practice facilities.  On Course play Sundays to Fridays. It must be noted that Thursday morning is the Ladies Competition Day with Tees closed between approximately 8.17am – 9.48am.

FIVE DAY  
Five Day members have full privileges of the Clubhouse and practice facilities. On Course play Mondays to Fridays. It must be noted that Thursday morning is the Ladies Competition Day with Tees closed between approximately 8.17am – 9.48am. Category Closed July 1, 2022
FLY IN FLY OUT
Fly In, Fly Out members have the same rights and privileges as Full members, but at a discounted rate. Therefore, a letter must be received from their employer along with the application form advising of the FIFO status. Every twelve months, an updated letter from their employer will be required as proof of continued employment in a FIFO capacity. It must be noted that Thursday morning is the Ladies Competition Day with Tees closed between approximately 8.17am – 9.48am. 
COUNTRY
A Country member is a member whose main place of residence is more than 100km distance from the Club and excludes investment properties, holiday homes etc. (A main place of residence is defined by the address government departments have listed. For example – Electoral roll, Drivers licence, Medicare etc) Subject to playing rights as determined by the Board, a Country member has the same playing rights as a Full member, but shall not be entitled to use the course on more than fifteen (15) occasions in any financial year. If the Country member ceases to reside beyond such a distance as determined above or exceeds the fifteen games, the member may apply for a transfer to another category of the membership. 
9 HOLE
9 Hole members have full privileges of the Clubhouse, practice facilities and on course playing every day with some restrictions. On a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, on course play is only available after 3.30pm subject to course availability. Members may only play a maximum of 9 hole per day and are not eligible to play in the Club’s Gold Leaf events. It must be noted that Thursday morning is the Ladies Competition Day with Tees closed between approximately 8.17am – 9.48am. 
NON-PLAYING
Any golf member can move to non-playing provided they have a medical certificate from their GP or specialist indicating they are unable to play golf for a period of time. All playing rights and handicap are suspended but member will have full access to clubhouse and facilities. Member is allowed 6 social rounds during this period to determine whether they are fit to return to regular play.
ABSENTEE
A member who proposes to reside 500kms from the club for more than 3 months can transfer into the absentee category.
