The Thirty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Lakelands Country Club Inc. shall be held at the Lakelands Country Club on Thursday 30th September 2021.

We will be conducting the Board and Office Bearers election (should a vote be necessary) by electronic means this year. This was made possible by updates to the Constitution voted on at the recent EGM. Information regarding this platform will be distributed in the coming days.
Those of you that don’t have access to the electronic platform will be able to vote via a secure online kiosk that will be set up in the Lakelands office.

The system we have chosen to use is called VeroVoting and was selected for its security, local support, and ease of use. We are sure you will find it a useful upgrade to our voting process.

Any special resolutions for this meeting must be submitted in writing to the General Manager by 5pm on Wednesday 1st September 2021.
