Junior Pennants Report

Our Junior Pennants teams closed out their season on the weekend and we congratulate everyone involved for the time and effort spent. You’ve all done the club proud.
Whilst it was a tough season for our boys team in Division 1, they put in a lot of work across all the matches certainly did the club proud! They will no doubt learn from this experience and have had the chance to play at some of the premier courses in Perth.
Particular thanks must go out to Freddie Walker, whilst results didn’t go the boys way, Freddie leads from the front exceptionally and was supportive of his boys throughout.
Our two girls, Nalani Nelson and Emily McLaughlin, represented Lakelands in a team formed alongside girls from Mt Lawley and WAGC. They won their final match to round off the season with a perfect record! 4 from 4 to take out the Girls Division 2 title!
Congratulations to our two girls Nalani and Emily playing in Pennants for the first time representing Lakelands and lets hope we can build our Junior girls to have a team of four next year!!
